parental rights violations and violations to reunifications

i melody smith is putting this petition in about this governmental agency because i am a parent of three children javon smith 11 , ja'zair montgomery 9,and ja'zelle broomes 7 i mother has been fighting with this agency for 9 years since 2014 for my three children and still haven't retrieved my children back however i have proof to show i have done everything this agency has asked of me to do and has successfully completed everything. this agency hasn't been giving me what was and is court ordered to me they are violating court orders since my case started ,the staff at this agency is very unprofessional and very disrespectful and rude to the parents that are really fighting for their children such as myself ,jewish child care association has been making acs cases against their own clients such as myself just to keep their clients children in the system ,agency told me nothing on adoption to my children. agency has submitted termination of parental rights packet without mothers knowledge or courts knowledge of a TPR agency has submitted packet without anyones knowledge of the TPR packet being submitted at this present day and moment i am not getting any legal help nor am i getting anything that is court appointed to me i have finished everything the courts and agency asked of me and to this present day i still dont have my children the agency presently isn't giving me any visitations to reunification to my children ,agency has not reached out to me regarding visitations as well as my 10b lawyer ade oseni hasn't been any help to me or my case ,parents that are fighting for they children such as myself rights are being violated by the courts ,foster care parents,foster care agency caseworkers,foster care agency directors,foster care agency facilitators ,to the supervisors and anyone below this agency this agency is very unprofessional needs to be investigated and closed down this agency has been discriminating against their own clients and isn't any help for parents fighting for their children biological parents are being treated badly under the eyes of the law ,parents like myself rights are being violated and so is my childrens rights being violated to reunifictaions ....
