Summary:

i feel as if the companies and employers seeking employees to work then if an individual has a criminal background, then they should be limited to how and what they see unless the individuals' charges relate to the job applied, also murder charges and major trafficking charges on backgrounds automatic permission there for this petition would not be for the ones who do have them charges. employers should only be able to see work history and really if the individual has lets say dui and couple drinking charges like open container. We are not going to hire them at a liquor outlet full time maybe cleaning a office or selling a car but no not where the problem began. this is so individuals can really be giving a 2nd chance
