We, the undersigned Constitutional Guardians, civil servants, legal experts, and advocates for democracy, demand immediate Congressional investigation and corrective action to address executive orders and governmental practices infringing upon constitutional rights and the rule of law. This petition demands but is not limited to: (1) The immediate release of unlawfully detained political prisoners and activists (2) Protection of free speech, press freedoms, and political associations (3) Restoration of public safety, judicial independence, and democratic institutions (4) Equitable economic and immigration reforms respecting constitutional guarantees (5) Defense of citizenship, rights, and peaceful political transitions (6) Transparency and humane conditions in U.S detention facilities, as well the cease and desist of expansion of said facilities (7) Thorough congressional review of controversial projects and executive actions (8) Accountability for officers violating constitutional duties Failure to respond within 30 days will be understood as a breach of constitutional duty and public trust. This petition is a living mandate and may evolve as new evidence and challenges arise, embodying the unified will of the American people committed to justice, transparency, and constitutional order. No executive order, administrative action, or emergency declaration shall override the Constitution, which remains the supreme law of the land under Article VI, Clause 2 (Supremacy Clause).
