Get my kids back after being falsely accused

Hi my name is Mrs Miller I am writing this petition is because I am trying to get my kids back regarding the allegations that are upon me for child abuse and they are false allegations it is impossible because my child was not within my home when she got a whooping she was at her grandmother house for the full week and the weekend I did not get to see her until the following week and ask to why did she lie and she said I had to say something then I asked her for the truth and she said her father worked her with a switch and no her father does not resign in my home and I'm still trying to figure out why I did CPS take my kids away from me and I am not the one who is guilty and my CPS worker didn't properly investigate my case before she took my children she just took my children away from me so I feel like she invoke my rights
