I Moved In At GCE Grand Creaux Estate In June Of Last Year, Since Then My Rent Has Went From $585 To $643 Now It’s At $900!! He’s been Overcharging for Rent For Almost A Year, Today He decided To Rent The Apartment To Another Guy While I Was Still In Here & After I’ve Paid My Money For April! No I DIDNT LEAVE, he even stated “I’ll fix your truck if you do this for me, I really need this guys rent and deposit I owe mortgage.” Which sounds personal to me! He even Asked The Guy Did He Want To Buy My Furniture. This Guy Has Done Multiple Young Females Wrong , And He Needs To Be Out , MPD Of Course Said I’d need A Lawyer ! & I DO! Because I Will Fight This , he’s took 1000s of dollars from me. He Claims If I Move Out And Let The Other Guy move In He’ll Refund Me ! I’d Be A Fool To do That , cause soon as I move out I’ll never see him again and he will NOT REFUND ME HE IS MONEY HUNGRY! I need a good lawyer though, y’all follow me on this journey.
