Fake marriage for American Greencard

I am writing this petition against my husband Vincent Soretire and a woman he arranged a fake marriage with name Olufunmi Oyedola Ashamu. In a bid to get an American Greencard. Oyedola which is a government worker is very much aware Vincent is still legally married to me with 3 minors but still made Vincent moved in with her acting like a married couple to deceive the USCIS. I am writing this petition to cancel and interview between the USCIS and Vincent and Olufunmi Oyedola because it is a FAKE MARRIAGE.
